Document & Old Letter Scanning

Whether it's backing up or simply archiving documents to free up space, I can digitalize your letters and other documents. All documents are handled with great care, especially delicate written family heirlooms. Letters written on paper will fade over time, digitalizing them is the best way to preserve and share them. The process is very simple where I will pick up or you send to me your documents and I will return them to you along with either a CD or USB flash drive containing your digitalized files.

Documents can be anything from legal documents to receipts scanned into 600 DPI PDF format onto CD or USB flash drive.

I also provide a shredding service once documents are securely digitalized and backed up if you wish to avoid receiving back and dealing with this time consuming process yourself, let me handle it for you.

Vintage documents can be old love letters, postcards and other precious family memorabilia that needs preserving. These will be scanned into 600 DPI JPEG digital format onto a CD or USB flash drive.

These fragile and delicate items will be scanned carefully using a professional flatbed scanner to keep them as safe as possible.
